I agree he seems very knowledgeable about the Silver market.  Also that video, as well as others I've seen him in, is very well produced and must have taken a lot of time to create.

I have a friend who owns a coin shop where he sells numismatic coins as well as gold and silver bullion.  I consider him an expert on these topics.  He watched the video with the Chinese guy and he doesn't know for sure either, but he thinks most likely it was produced by Communist China, as they are interested in damaging the dollar. 

As you know the silver price, along with gold, reflect the health of the dollar (inversely!).  And China is the world's second largest silver exporter (~13% of global supply), behind Mexico and just ahead of Peru.  China just announced that on Jan 1, 2026 they will no longer export any silver, what a timing coincidence!  I think it's worth considering that, rather than White Hats, the current silver action is being backed by China as a way to attack the dollar.
