Dear Jim: More misdirect on Trump ‘indictment’

I typed into search: “Can grand juries indict”

If the facts constitute a crime and the defendant can be prosecuted for it, the grand jury can require the prosecutor to prepare an indictment and the grand jury can vote on whether it is a “true bill.”

So this means only a prosecutor can indict, Grand Jurys can’t — contrary to what the news story suggests that DOJ is asking the JURY to indict.

This is going nowhere and they’re hoping we’re stupid.

Love your rants!!!! Beverly

Response: Thanks for the compliment but I bought a big box of them real cheap from an Army Navy Surplus store. So don't give me the credit.
