I just got this from one of my CPA friends who just sent this notice out to his big clients:

After analysis and researching:

If you have any accounts with JP Morgan, XX [I]

recommends moving them out of that bank immediately.

This is based upon reading of recent filings the bank has

made in which it stated: in case of a stressed market, it may not be able to physically deliver positions it has sold.
