Does this mean the senate will not process the Impeachment motion (requiring a 2/3 vote to impeach), but rather pass new legislation/resolution declaring Trump innocent (requiring just a 51% vote)? This may prevent banksters from buying the votes to impeach as now the Impeachment will die tabled.
Therefore, the Senate is taking a free shot to clear it all up without risking Trump exposed to Impeachment. Then if that fails they will have to slug it out with the Impeachment.
