Dear Jim: I believe they are saying (if I'm understanding correctly)...

that the attack on the ISIS leader, because of a new Executive Order, also resulted in Israel's bank accounts being confiscated because Bagdadi represented Israeli Mosad, so Israel had to close down their embassies due to no money (all Israeli embassies around the world were shut down today, with a rather weak excuse -- source). Maybe that "compound" that was raided as staffed by Israeli agents? Also note that Adam Schiff, who went with Pelosi on short notice over there to meet, is an Israeli/US dual citizen (source).
