Jim’s Rant For The Day. My Dream.

I put great stock in some dreams, especially if I have meditated that day. I did yesterday and did have an unusually profound dream last night (verses some that are just entertainment dreams). I only share dreams with my wife and have never shared one on this blog, but am making this one an exception.

Usually dreams are a long series of actions like in a movie. The one I had last night had very little action. It just left me with a single feeling – one that cannot be confused in its interpretation.

I was a financial controller in a business with a lot of accounting staff. I do not know the nature of the business but I just found out that the owner just stopped running the old insolvent business and was now running a new type of business out of the same building. It was 4:45 on a Friday evening. The action was that I went to a front desk searching for the accounting manager to tell her of the news and to warn her that I needed to create a new corporation after the weekend and she needed to come in Monday with a plan to create a new accounting system, a new payroll system immediately, order checks, etc. as we had to separate the two businesses so later a judge cannot attribute the old business debts to the new business.

At the front desk all I saw were six employees lallygagging around waiting for the 5 O’clock race gun to sound, but no sight of the manager. I went to another desk and saw the same but still no sight of the manager. That was all of the dream. It was very vivid. My interpretation was immediate and certain in my mind: In a few days we will be doing business in a whole new way. I told Betty over her coffee.

Now I see that Trump is addressing the nation Tuesday night probably regarding Martial Law. I see where several Democratic Congressmen say Trump has the authority to declare Martial Law. I also see others say they will file law suits and request injunctions against that action. This could become the start of a real Congressional crisis. My real gut feel is Trump is using the address to push the Democrats into a compromise by tomorrow night. After that I don’t know when he would enact Martial Law, if he does enact it. But be aware that the Food Stamp program is going down now.

So now I have to assume Martial Law would begin immediately. If that occurs I will be happy in a way and Leary in another way, as Martial Law is a two sided sword. I guess we shall see what happens. Heads up.
