I have been aware of The 4th Turning concept for many years and arrived at the same basic theory independently from the book (which I have not read). The 80 year cycle imposed by the elite is designed to limit the passing of living memories from one cycle to the next. People die and take their memories with them while the controlled media and educational system suppresses whatever truth leaks into mainstream recorded history. Advanced technologies developed in one cycle are kept secret and only released to the public in future cycles when the elite have even more superior tech. Your rants about THE PLAN to take down the CABAL seems very shortsighted. It's not just a 10 year plan by Trump and US Military Intelligence, the bigger plan is GLOBAL and possibly even bigger depending on how much woo-woo one can swallow. At a minimum, the slideshow document "The History of Banking, an Asian Perspective" tells us that global factions have been working on A PLAN to restructure the financial system for several decades. The earliest date I can find for that document is 2009 so the early plans likely started long before. Remember, Nixon told us the closing of the gold window would be temporary. The puppetmasters knew then that all fiat currencies die after a few decades, just a blink to the global planners. An increasing number of countries are ditching the dollar for international trade. It started a few years ago with Russia-China-India but is now spreading to smaller countries. That alone should tell you the big fight is global. Your A-B-C-D questions are only about one local battle in a widespread global war, but admittedly it's a big battle. The war at the top is between various factions of the global controllers and planners. Let's hope WW3 remains mostly elite and non-kinetic.
