Note From Jim: Why Was Huber Not At The Congressional Hearing Today?

At the end of the hearing today, the Chairman came to the conclusion that Huber was not present because the FBI in Arkansas are currently investigating the Clinton Foundation. Therefore, Huber would not have been able to discuss an ongoing investigation.
