Dear Jim: Regarding 2nd Fleet.

Questions:

1. was the second fleet EMP proof for the most part when

deactivated, if so, would that eliminate a lot of upgrading and shorten the time to fully operational?

2. how quickly can the new electro pulse cannons be installed

on the reactivated fleet?

3. given some of the proposed assault tactics of the N Korean

fleet (swarming) does not the addition of over a 100 ships help

to negate the swarm effect especially if used to protect carriers?

4. knowing Trump, do you expect the Navy to take control of the

project and 'make it happen' under budget and in 'quick time'?
