Mueller Indicts 12 Russian Intel Officials For Hacking DNC, Hillary Campaign.

[Mueller says they had no impact on the election and no Americans were involved. He says the DNC server was hacked and emails were uploaded to perhaps Wickileaks. This is strange since the DOJ and FBI never examined that server. Could this be an attempt to take the spotlight off the murder of Seth Rich?]
