Jim’s Rant For The Day. Common Law Grand Jury?

First , what is a Common Law Grand Jury? Let’s start with what we currently know, a Grand Jury.

A Grand Jury is a special jury empaneled and lead by a state or federal prosecuting attorney. The jury is lead by and goes where that State Attorney wishes to lead it. It then issues an Indictment (charges) and causes an arrest. This is what we recognize today.

However, this current form of Grand Jury actually gets its power from the Common Law Grand Jury, which came into existence in 1016 when power was seized from the King of England. That jury could be called by anyone. 100 community members were selected for the jury pool and 12 jurists were selected. This Jury could investigate anything it felt was unlawful, as it was not lead by anyone.

Today that notion has been trained out of our minds as if it never existed; however it did and still does. The only problem with it is it is not commonly recognized, and at the same time, is despised by the established legal system. But despite that it is still more legal than our view of a regular Grand Jury.

The problem is how to get an Indictment and arrest served. If the local Sheriff fails to do so, than an indictment can be had to fire the Sheriff and replace him. But this takes guns and manpower so we don’t see this action these days.

Now let’s talk about the Clinton Indictment. There are a lot of pissed off people out there regarding her and her buddies. If Jeff Sessions fails to act (either by enforcing the Common Law Indictment or by creating his own to overlap it), he can be indicted by the Common Law Grand Jury.

Now lets talk about who can serve any of those indictments: The Military, the DOJ, the FBI, the National Guard or a local Militia. Now before you go laughing about a Militia, don’t forget that the March 3rd?? Executive Order issued by Trump declared all men between 18 and 45 were now considered members of the Militia. So that would include a highly pissed off FBI agent raring to get a hold of James Comey for his destruction of the FBI!
