Of note, Pence will be bypassed if necessary. Recently POTUS declared the threats of human trafficking to national security to be an emergency, so yes, we are essentially under Martial Law. All presidents in recent history have declared emergencies as excuses to suspend the Constitution and use martial law somewhat secretly. The Secret Service is always just a few feet from the big name traitors. SS is now under DHS, I think. An Ex-Marine is installed at the top of the DHS. Remember, BO wanted a civilian police force equivalent to the military. Hahahahaha...... The table has turned on the Deep State using their own dirty gimmicks, tools, and methods.
