When I heard about FTX and saw the founder and his girlfriend Sr. Officer (CFO?) I heard Bill laughing from the afterlife. Sorry if I refer to her as “girl”; just too lazy to research her name. I saw an interview with her giggling and looking like a High School Freshman explaining she did not understand the math involved in risk management or know the terms used. It was at that moment I heard Bill’s words of advice.
I instantly knew what I was looking at, patsies set up for a fall and an intentionally created fraud machine. I knew there would be no typical Financial Statements or Board of Directors with real experienced adults on it.
Today I read this article by Tyler Durden: "This Is Unprecedented": Enron Liquidator Overseeing FTX Bankruptcy Speechless: "I Have Never Seen Anything Like This". Among other things not so nice, he said:
“At this time, the Debtors have been unable to prepare a complete list of who worked for the FTX Group as of the Petition Date, or the terms of their employment. Repeated attempts to locate certain presumed employees to confirm their status have been unsuccessful to date.”
“The FTX Group did not maintain centralized control of its cash. Cash management procedural failures included the absence of an accurate list of bank accounts and account signatories, as well as insufficient attention to the creditworthiness of banking partner around the world.”
“To summarize:
No record of any bank accounts
No record of any cash accounts
No record of any signatories
No record of any employees
No record of any payables or receivables
No record of any investments
No record of any decision-making
No record of any board meetings
No record of anything”
This was a set-up by the Deep State from the beginning, in my opinion. This also explains why about 25 of the top people shared a house. This was done so the Mafia creators could keep an eye on them.
This is the Rosetta Stone that will clean out Congress and the Deep State.
P.S. I heard a podcast a few days ago in which Bix Weir was interviewing Clif High. They tried to be polite and not discuss the girl but finally did and agreed she looks and acts like a 12 year old. That was my impression also.
