Jim’s Daily Rant. Has SCOTUS Already Ruled On Brunson Brothers Case?

I believe they have. Listen from the 29 Minute Mark to the 31 MM on the Godlinski Podcast.

First he says “No” when asked if the SCOTUS will rule on the Brunson case in 2022. He then cautions to use better wording of the questions. “Sometimes your questions are assuming a certain thing so I am answering your questions for what they are.”

“I cannot get into explanation so its hard for me to . . . “

Next question is “Will SCOTUS rule the Brunson case victorious”. He answers “Yes.”

He then appears to say “Yes, well . . . the announc [ement], well . . ‘Yes”
