Perhaps the missing Davos attendees are not physically available. If not available the White Hats likely have control of their bank accounts, phones, social media, etc. so their RSVPs and fees could be arranged under White Hat control. If the guilty truly made a deal to keep their legacy we may never know for sure until years or decades have passed. Like JFK assassination files just now getting released or the Galt's Gulch arrangements.

Use Discernment - I don't believe this article/list is100% accurate but close enough for the big picture. Many on the list have been out of the public eye for years. Some of those still seen have very obvious doubles. Some may be double agents. Most are gone - bye, bye.
