Dear Jim: Pork Spending Bill

At first I was confused about Trump's signing of the porkulus spending bill HR 133. Then I read the 3 White House posts explaining in legalese that Trump was immediately locking the release of the funds while pushing for larger $2000 stimulus checks.

No mention about that clause nullifying of the Insurrection Act reported earlier so I assume it's gone. If not Trump will have to act FAST.
