Note From Jim: I Chickened Out.

The past few days I have been unable to shake the feeling that our government is no longer functioning; it is leaderless. I have had the feeling the past two week that the government is having serious cash flow problems.

This morning I was prepared to write a rant stating I felt the government is non- functioning now, but I chickened out.

I don't know what to think about Judy Byington's post today. I have never know how much weight to give her posts. All I do know is I still have the same feelings I woke up with today. Sorry I choked up today.
