Jim’s Daily Rant: Is A Spade A Spade Or Photo-Op?

I call this one a photo-Op. I am referring to the picture of Russia placing a anti-missile rocket launcher on top of a Moscow Government building.
 

What would happen if the Capital of Idaho did the same? I am sure the Building Inspector would be there to stop it due to the weight as well as the Fire Chief as the tarred roof would be set ablaze from a launch.
 
  Besides, what would the advantage be by placing it atop a building instead of safely in a park or city outskirt? 50 feet in the air won’t make that much of a difference to a rocket, in my mind.
