Note From Jim: Regarding States Shutting Down.

A friend just called me and said that according to FOX news there are now 9 states in shut down mode. Yesterday it was expected that this week 14 states would shut down without budgets. Folks, this is roughly one third of the United States, yet most of the news media is silent on this.

Call it what you want folks but I call it insolvency.
